How do we match Nine-Year Integrated Curriculum and School-based Curriculum with our plan?

Our topic is to introduce the great life of Mr. Sun Yue based on his life experience, volunteer will, and his moral role. Students are allowed to understand good character and personality through collecting information and interview with real people. So that, moral and character education are not only talking but truly practicing by those students. Students also make their own anti-secondhand-smoking posters which implements the value of practice.

How did you play the role of the Ambassadors or Spokesmen of CyberFair Project?

Our students started this project from school volunteer to collected information, interviewed with welfare people, made posters, designed websites and etc. They would like to experience the feeling of helping other people. They also held an activity which advocate other students donate receipts.

How does this project affect us?

This project made us understand that there are many people who need help. As members of this society, our students are also responsible for contributing themselves to this world. Therefore, they started to help on many activities, such as cleaning the community, recycling the trash, donating the receipts, making poster, designing website, and etc. Although the power is small, they start to sense the responsibility to this society.

Respect the copy right and quotation illustration

In order to present a thorough content of this project, we used many different resources. For example, interview, photos, recordings, books, periodicals, website, music and etc. We carefully used each resource and based on the policy of copy right and quotation rules.

Findings, lessons, and surprises

Teaching children to do good things from daily life is very important. For example, recycling trash, doing chores, telling parents not to smoke, and etc. We do not need to wait till they grow to do good things, and now is perfect time to teach them care others and help others.
