　　Once upon a time, there were rice farms, vegetable farms, birds, and butterflies along the riverside of Keelung River. Ever since Neihu Science Park was established, the scenery of Neihu has been changed from day to day like the eclosion of butterfly.

It is more and more bustling in Neihu
　　Neihu Science Park has attracted many Hi-Tech corporations to enter here and it has made a lot of money for Taipei City. Except for the change made by Neihu Science Park, the industrial district of Dawan South Section where many warehouses were built has also changed Neihu. These warehouse retailers have started their wars in Neihu and made Neihu the most densely distributed area of warehouses all over the world. Every weekend, the traffic on Jiutzong Road tends to be congested. The retailers who gave up the idea of opening their warehouses here are astonished when they see many voluntary traffic guards conducting traffic at each intersection here. It can be concluded that the transformation of Neihu has promoted the transformation of Taipei City, which further push Taiwan onto international stage.

The land prices in Neihu keep rising
　　The price rise of real estate in Neihu is the biggest among all the real estate in Taipei since many industries have started their business here. With the development of major constructions, large demand for housing will be driven. Besides, the MRT Project in Neihu will be finished in June 2009; the real estate market of Neihu is still worth observing.

The Grand Neihu Science Park Project

　　In 2007, the Mayor of Taipei City, Long-bin Hao announced to promote the Grand Neihu Science Park Project, which will undertake the urban redevelopment of Dawan South Section and redevelopment zone in Neihu and will recruit more industries to start their business here like the Neihu Science Park did before. The area of Grand Neihu Science Park will be twice bigger than current Neihu Science Park.
　　目At present, many corporations have started to build their own warehouses in Dawan South Industrial District near MinQuan Bridge and Jiutzong Road, such as RT Mart, Costco, Carrefour, and TKEC. Around 50% area of Dawan South Industrial District has been developed. As for redevelopment zone in Neihu, most lands there will be used as residential lands.

　　Just like what the city government has planned, the area of Grand Neihu Science Park Project does not only expand twice the area of Neihu Science Park that allows many headquarters and Hi-Tech corporations to move in, but also can be extended to Nangang Science Park and Songshan Airport to bring more business opportunities to Neihu.
　　In addition, although Taipei City Government could claim for constructing a special-use district like that in Neihu Science Park through the urban redevelopment of these two places, they gave up this idea and asked retailers and corporations to build an open space with vegetation instead to beautify the external environment. Meanwhile, Taipei City Government is now evaluating that if it is possible to build rail transportation that runs through north to south in Grand Neihu Science Park.
　　The successful development of Neihu Science Park proves that land is important for developing technological industry. It is hoped that the Grand Neihu Science Park Project promoted by Taipei City Government can link the Songshan Airport nearby to become an important place of air transportation. And then, Grand Neihu Science Park will become our foundation of all industries to compete with the world.
