On our way driving to Ruiguang Road, we had predicted that there would be a traffic jam over there. Just as expected, when we turned left onto Jiuzong Road, every car moved quite slowly. Every one in the car sighed at the same time and said, “Oh, we are in a traffic jam again!”

　　Many warehouses (e.g. Costco, B&Q, Hola, RT Mart 1 and RT Mark 2, Carrefour, and Leeco) are located in the south of Taipei Neihu Technology Park, the Dawan South Section reclaimed from Keelung River. In this new arising important market of warehouses in Taipei, Neihu residents’ shopping behavior has rapidly been changed by the effect of customer clustering. Traditional business model like grocery stores can no longer meet people’s needs of life. Warehouses has become customers’ first choice for shopping since the products in warehouses are more diversified and cheaper, there are enough parking spaces in the parking lot of a warehouse, and customers may choose whatever they like on their own.

　　Although my family lives in Neihu, most of our relatives do not live here. My mother would spend weekends drinking coffee with her friends on the first floor of RT Mart, while we children can take a look at the fish in the aquarium inside. Meanwhile, we tend to put on casual wear and bring our own shopping bags with us to go shopping for the articles of daily. Just like what the editor of Discover Taipei says, “Dreamers of life in Taipei, let’s go shopping in Neihu.”
