From the viewpoint of strategic location, the customer clustering around MacArthur Road, interchanges in Dajhih and Neihu, and townships nearby does arouses many retailers’ interest.

　　The industrial cluster effect of warehouses has been formed in Neihu since many large-scale warehouses, such as RT Mart 1, RT Mart 2, Carrefour, Costco, B&Q, HOLA, TKEC, IN BASE, Leeco, Jinsha Furniture, Lea Lea Furniture, and PIIN cluster in the redevelopment zone of Dawan South Section in Neihu. Customers’ satisfaction with shopping can be achieved simply by taking a walk on Jiutzong Road. Although there are various kinds of warehouses, such as warehouses of household electric equipments and furniture, most warehouses share the same merchandise. If my mother wants to compare prices among different warehouses, I cannot help but wonder, “How long does it take to stroll around all these stores?”

　　My family often goes shopping for the articles of daily use around here since the prices are reasonable, and we do not have to worry that we cannot find parking spaces. When we are in a warehouse, my mother would check out the promotional items, while my brother may be looking at sporting goods. The whole family can take a walk and go window-shopping in warehouse halls of great illumination and large space, which makes us think “Neihu” is really the best place to spend our weekends.
