The population and consuming capability in this region will also influence retailersˇ¦ will to open a new store. One of RT Martˇ¦s logo is ˇ§to meet every customerˇ¦s needs,ˇ¨ which makes RT Mart sell various kinds of merchandise with reasonable prices to their customers.

ˇ@ˇ@We have read many literature reviews and found that there are several indexes related to customersˇ¦ satisfaction in a warehouse. For example:
1.There are various kinds of merchandise inside the warehouse and the quality of merchandise is great.
2.The prices are cheap and reasonable.
3.It is convenient to drive to this warehouse and there are enough parking spaces there.
4.The space of warehouse is large and the shopping routes are well-designed.
5.The illumination is great, the environment is clean, and salesclerks work efficiently.

ˇ@ˇ@How does RT Mart attract customers and prevail over other retailers under the situation that the competition among warehouses in Dawan South Section warehouse area is quite furious, consumers here are quite sensitive, and strategies of lowest prices have been used by each retailer? We interviewed the spokesperson, reception manager, and manager of fresh food in RT Mart to discuss about their operating ideas and method. The contents of these interviews are indicated as follows.
