Wen Duo- Bin is a chief in an elementary school in TaoYuan. One day, he called the foundation, and hoped we could offer some material for him to testify some things in his thesis related to Mr. Hsieh Kuo-Cherng and the Seven Tigers team.

Mr. Wen' Motivation

The Seven Tigers

Baseball’s attraction for people of Taiwan stands more on the significance of helping Taiwan entering the stage of the World than on the sport itself. Yet Mr. KCH’s dedicated pushing behind the scene was the main reason of it.
The Seven Tigers team failed to continue the championships in Williamsport in 1970. Compared to other winning teams, Seven Tigers was not talked or focused very much in the history of baseball in Taiwan. Mr. Wen tried to reconstruct the history from Mr. Hsieh Kuo-Cherng’s point of view, and explore the baseball culture in a different perspective.
