Overseas Radio & Television Inc
　　In 1960, Dr. Doris Brougham and Leland & Dorothy Haggerty set up the first Gospel broadcasting institute, the predecessor of ORTV-Overseas Radio & Television Inc right now. This organization made efforts in English, music, social education …etc and most important of all—they deliver Gospel.
English Teaching Periodical
　　“Studio Classroom Digest”, a forerunner in Chinese area teaching English through radio programs, is founded by Overseas Radio & Television Inc in 1962. It is highly recommended in many countries as well as in cultural and educational circles. In the past forty years, the magazine has gone through many modifications, and has turned into the main operating object of ORTV.

The Heavenly Melody
　　ORTV formed the Heavenly Melody chorus in 1963. At that time, television broadcasting was just budding, and “the Voice of Heavenly Melody”, a 15 minute program produced by ORTV was shown on TV everyday. The beautiful voices were heard everywhere. The Heavenly Melody chorus was the first full-time professional musical group in Taiwan. The goal of Heavenly Melody is to advocate God’s love through music, and bring the value of life and the Gospel to the world.

　　The distinguishing feature of Heavenly Melody is male and female chorus, and expressing Gospel by switching between solos and chorus. Other than performing in Taiwan, Heavenly Melody also travelled through more than 30 countries in the world. When they were performing in those countries, they would also learn ballads from these countries such as Germany, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Portugal etc to enrich their show. They translated their songs into other languages as well to share their experiences with people from other cultural backgrounds. Their voice crossed the boundaries of languages, time, and culture, and becomes the best medium of Gospel.

Film and Television Center for Heavenly Melody
　　The Heavenly Melody Film and Television Center was formally established in 1985 and has helped the development of ORTV in the electronic media. At the beginning, it was set up in a rental house on ZhongShan North Road, it then moved to the Global Hall in DaZhi area in 1966. Every Saturday the Youth Rally was held there since then. In addition, the English Bible Study was conducted in the Global Hall as well from 1973. The ORTV also set up Doris Brougham Education Scholarship for students since 2004. With the business expansion, there are branches established in LA, Singapore, Malaysia, London, and other places in Taiwan one after another. The staffs are over 200 in total.
